Employee engagement

We conduct regular associate engagement surveys to measure perspectives on engagement, diversity and inclusion, manager effectiveness, communication and teamwork, client experience, well-being, employee trust and organizational effectiveness. Based on survey results, we ask managers to create an action plan to respond quickly to associate feedback.

Eight Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) serve as a model of inclusive leadership and conscious inclusion, and they facilitate professional networking, create internal mobility and career advancement opportunities, and support the communities in which we live.

 

 

Professional development

We provide associates with professional and leadership development opportunities through a variety of both mandatory and self-directed learning options, including many focused on leadership development. 

Our approach to performance and career management is built around regular feedback, annual goalsetting and professional development planning and internal mobility. 

Recruitment & talent pipeline

Our Internship and Analyst programs provide a pipeline and talent pool of young professionals seeking to grow their career at Fiserv.

We also partner with military service organizations to reach service members transitioning into the corporate sector. As part of our Fiserv Salutes strategy, we have a two-year, military-affiliated Analyst program that enables members of the military community who may not be on a traditional college student timeline to participate in our broader Analyst program.

Workplace safety

We are committed to the safety of our workforce. Our workplace safety policy applies to all Fiserv entities, and associates, as well as non-employee workers. We also develop and maintain programming to ensure associate safety in the event of emergencies such as adverse weather, local public safety events, or incidents or threats of workplace violence.
