Members Cooperative Credit Union Transforms Branch to Enhance Member Experience

Members Cooperative Credit Union broke ground on a new facility designed to be a more open, free-flowing branch concept. In addition to the physical transformation, the credit union also made a digital transformation. By leveraging Interactive Branch Kiosks, Verifast^TM biometric solutions and the DNA^® core account processing platform from Fiserv, the credit union was able to speed up service, provide better support and offer more in-branch options for members.
